Greetings! CloudRoom will be temporarily closed during the following period for the year-end and New Year holidays.

(Year-end and New Year Holiday Period)
From December 31, 2023 (Sun) to January 2, 2024 (Tue)

Any requests and inquiries received during this time will be handled sequentially starting from January 3, 2024 (Wed). If you plan to use CloudRoom services during the year-end and New Year holidays, we kindly ask you to proceed with your arrangements before these upcoming festive holidays.

※ For those wishing to have items processed (pick-up, store-in, take-out, or return), or boxes to be delivered by the end of the year, please contact our team by December 29 (Fri). After this date, we will handle requests from January 3, 2024 (Wed).
